- Trace back a few generations and discover the seeds or genetic coding for the family trauma
- Restore what was missing generations ago and bring that healing forward into the present
- Roleplay, use experiential trauma techniques, inner child work, and psychodrama techniques to facilitate healing in multiple generations in the present moment
